Maurice Nickelson :

Marcel, I have watched several of your videos and I think you may be misunderstanding the terms “evidence” and “faith”… and maybe even proof. You seem to believe that taking a piece of evidence as true does not require faith. Evidence does not mean absolute proof. There may be no such thing as absolute truth, except definitions or defined mathematical terms; But even math can be relative, in that the number 1, can also be TWO – one halves. So what you see as one, someone else can percieve as two. So even math can be relative to individual pereception. In general, evidence is just information or facts that can lead you to BELIEVE something is true. Evidence cannot tell you beyond any doubt that something is true for sure. You like to use court for instance; In court each side presents two types of evidence: direct and circumstantial. Both types of evidence are accepted equally and reviewed, but Niether one are absolute truths. Each side presents their body of evidence and the jury decides which evidence they believe based on Faith and logic, but not on absolute truth. Religion is no different, each religion presents evidence for the existence of God and you, the Jury, decide which religion you believe on faith and logic, and not on absolute truth; just like in court cases, we only review the supporting evidence and testimonies, and each indivual must decide if they accept and believe them, on faith. Everything on earth is this way including science, which accepts something as true based on high probabilities and percentages. The only exception to an absolute truth might be math and definitions, because they are as they are defined. Equally so God is defined as the eternal and all powerful Creator, by definition. And you have to accept this by faith, based on non-absolute evidence, just as you do for nearly everything else, especially in court cases… or you can have a mistrial 🙂

Hannah Perkins :

Believing in the existance of a higher power or unexplainable existances has nothing to do with Christianity. They always go by the bible but the bible is MANMADE. If there is an existence of a higher power, there is no structure and religion is false. The only thing a higher power or a god particle or whatever is in control of making something is limited to that. It has nothing to do with moral or how one wipes their ass. That shit is made up.

Side note : abrahamic religous people especially always seem confused when you present them with the flaws in their religion

Akaakaaka ak :

She considers herself intelligent…

william w :

She will be agnostic by 30.

Dogs And Yoga :

Funny enough, I’m atheist. But I really kind of like her…

Sam Saltzman :

Really? His questions to an uneducated in the field are arbitrary at best and have been answered. Sure if you go after 18 year olds all the time they can’t answer the basic again basic atheistic questions and points of views. Try an educated and/or intellectual individual person who has done their research. So Mr. Lee questions teenagers who have obviously not done the research, big whoop. lol this is laughable. Not only apologists and christian philosophers of religion and science but atheistic and agnostic professionals would find this laughable on every front. Basically they would pay to NOT have you one their debate to were they short a person. Seriously? This kind of stuff persuades people? Oh I am just going to stop here.

Dave Cirlclux :

4:28 Ok get her number now

Chase Chambers :

This girl is just trying to be honest and seems pretty innocent. You could say naive. But I enjoyed this as this is how more non-practicing“christians” are very open and unimposing their beliefs on others. Sometimes it’s okay just to believe in something.

ardvark84 :

Believing in god isn’t a choice. Religious indoctrination is the most common form of child abuse. You can say “oh yea but you’re an adult now, you can walk your own ways”. I’m doing it with half of my family looking at me as I’m a fucking Hitler because I’ve told them I don’t believe any more. Try to be honest and reasonable and half of the people you know will turn their back on you. This is the price we all pay for letting people indoctrinate their kids with religion.
And the choice isn’t even a thing withing religion because as the Bible says those who don’t believe will end up in hell. So offering choice is like the weakest answer you can give as a believer.

Just a sec :

No they dont use/manipulates the bible to say slavery is ok. The bible itself (Exodus 21/Ephesians 6:5-8 /1 Timothy 6:1-2 /Ephesians 6:9 / Colossians 4:1 /Matthew 18:25, / (Luke 12:47) /(Matthew 24:51) says slavery is ok. Big difference my dear.
Why is that it always takes an atheist to school a Christian on their own fairy tales?

M C :

We don’t know what we don’t know – classic Dunning-Kruger .. the unknown unknowns … but that unfillable void x (God exists only in the dark corners) … until cognition chases that suspicion away… <3 Peas x lil green petit pois x I love when Science Arrives … like on the moon or Mars x

Motivation :

Dumb broad lmao. Just because things can exist doesn’t mean they do exist. And supernatural things that we have never witnessed is not known to be possible in the world as we know it. The burden of proof is on her to give us proof things can exist. Saying fairies, dragons, Gods, and other things exist is the claim she is positing.
