By "fancy", I mean a restaurant with a formal environment; where you have to wait to be seated, menu items are relatively expensive and you're expected to leave the waiter or waitress a tip.

I usually go to places like that only when other people are paying for me; rarely if I have to pay for myself and never if have to pay for other people, even if I'm on a date with a fine girl. As far as I'm concerned, it just doesn't make sense to pay all that money for a meal when I can get one that's just as filling and just as tasty; if not more so; for a lot less money.

Some may frown at that last claim, but I generally like the taste of "fast-food" and actually prefer its manufactured reliablilty (familiarity) over trying foods I might like as much or more at a fancy restaurant.

But hey, that's not a knock against fancy restaurants. They can be even tastier and generally are when it comes to certain types of food, like breakfast. It's just that; as far as money and time goes; there's always a better, more sensible alternative.

I might pay for myself if I'm hanging out with my friends or something but I usually got somebody to pay for me. I don't even have to ask, they just do it. Most of these niggas ain't like you, they jump at that shit thinking they gon get some pussy or head out the deal. lol
